Seerestaurant Am Kap in Prenzlau

We had ordered our Christmas menu here. It was ready on time, very well packaged and arrived fresh and hot (pickup). Our expectations have been exceeded by far. Menu: goose with red cabbage and dumplings, for dessert baked apple cake. It was very, very tasty and rich. So get price / performance 👍. A compliment to the cook and cake baker. Also to the operation 👍. But to be honest, we didn't expect it to be any different. 😊.

Wif visited the restaurant for the 2nd time. The food was delicious again. Kudos to the cook. The service was also very good. We would love to come back and hope that the Seerestaurant will get through the corona crisis well and hold out.

Very nice walk along the lake to the cape (about 2km). The restaurant is not far from the lake. The food is good and plentiful, the waitresses were polite and nice to the guests.

A very nice restaurant. Here you not only pay for the delicious and high quality food but of course also for the view of the beautiful Uckersee in Prenzlau. The staff is very friendly. We have never been disappointed here, no matter whether you go out to eat in small groups or a wedding reception. It's just beautiful inside or outside!

Nice staff, a clear menu that is not too full and still something for everyone. The steak, as well as the fish plate, were very tasty and the portions were large. In addition, a nice ambience and a great view. The only deduction, the waiting time after the meal until the waiter comes back to check on everything.

We had to wait 30 minutes for the drinks and 1 hour and 15 minutes for our food, despite multiple requests, the food for the small children (mashed potatoes) did not come before. We had previously ordered the table for 9 people. The food was then partly inedible (pikeperch, sweet potatoes), the fish was much too dry and the potato pancakes tasted warm up three times. Once and never again! Not recommendable.

Very long waiting time, also with the drinks. The food was delicious, but had to complain about the chanterelles, there was a very large maggot or caterpillar in it and the mushrooms therefore almost completely declined. There was no replacement or price reduction, not even an apology.

It is a very good restaurant. Very delicious food, friendly service and a very nice view. It is not cheap, but quality has its price. It's just a shame that it's a little out of the way. Definitely recommendable.

The food was very tasty. However, the waitresses could improve their way of working .. Friendly appearance, but unfortunately not very attentive to visitors

My ordered steak was fried to the point and the butter was delicious. My wife's food was also very good. With salad and dressing you could have been a little more creative but also tasted good. The service was attentive and quick. The outside seating could be a little nicer, these beer garden sets are no longer up to date. The view over the Unteruckersee and the matching sunset was fantastic.

Huge plates, quick and very friendly staff. Something for kids. And the spledid lake view.

They don't accept credit card. Only cash or some IT???? And the information is given to you when it's time to pay. Very frustrating. They should never be recommended by google maps which is used mainly by tourists. Long way to the nearest ATM. Personal nice from the beginning but more or less rude later. The stonepaved road to the place can cause damages to your car like ours. The food absolutly doesn't match the price. So our advise! Choose another place.
